Can I be picked up and returned to my accommodation or do I have to meet at a designated meeting place? 

Yes, we can collect and return you to any address in the Wollongong region nominated by you and your party.


Do you pick- up outside of the Wollongong Region?

Yes we do. However, depending on distance required a moderate charge will be in place and this will be advised before booking is committed.


What’s the vehicle?

Our tour vehicle is a 2016 Mazda CX5 Akera (top on the line model) Leather seats, fully air-conditioned, with latest safety features and maintained to Chris and Sharon’s high standards.


Can I bring my baby on the tour?

Absolutely, we have the appropriate car seats, just let us know when booking the tour of the child’s age. We recommend you wear a baby sling when walking, as you may find it easier to manage than a stroller.


Do you provide bottled water?

Yes, we will keep you hydrated along the tour.


Should I bring some cash on the tour?

Good idea to bring some Aussie Dollars, however most establishments take popular Credit/Debit Cards.


Are there strenuous walks on your tours?

There is nothing too strenuous, however some of the Lookouts do have some steps, If it is just a helping hand you need we are more than happy to assist where possible, however keep this in mind and ask some questions when booking your tour.


What if it’s rains during our tour?

We do provide an umbrella and ponchos for each person.


What happens if the chosen activity is cancelled upon our arrival due weather & safety?

Hopefully this is a rare occurrence, however a refund of the admittance price will be issued and we will be able to offer you various other options to entertain you for the day.


Will I see and touch Kangaroo’s and Koala’s during our tour?

Any Kangaroos or wildlife that we may see on a tour will be untamed animals, we can get to see and touch them at the Wildlife Parks we recommend, with some fantastic photo opportunities.


Does the Tour Vehicle have a USB Port for charging our phone/tablet?

Yes, there is one point available in the vehicle.


If we are running late and you are waiting for us, will there be an extra charge?

Sometimes, people are running a bit late or various reasons, please contact us as soon as possible via mobile/cell phone and let us know approximately how long you will be. We are very sympathetic to genuine reasons, however we do reserve the right to adjust the tour if needed, and charge a moderate surcharge if we are kept waiting for over 1/2 hour. Communication is the key to avoid disappointment.


If we want to stop at a point of interest and spend more time than previously planned, is that doable? 

Yes, it’s your day!


Will you take some photos of us enjoying the tour with our camera/ phone cameras?

Of course we will, it would be our pleasure. We will also be taking a few photos from our camera of you on your tour and send you the digital copies!


Can you recommend good cafes & restaurants to eat/drink at?

Absolutely, after many years of travel in the Wollongong and surrounding areas, we have had the opportunity to discover beautiful establishments that satisfy our high standards.


Can we start and finish our tour either an hour or so earlier or later than recommended?

Yes, an hour or so either way is fine, just let us know.


What happens if we are held up by unplanned road works or some other unforeseen circumstance beyond the tour companies control?

Unfortunately from time to time this can occur, fortunately not that often. We will do our best to catch up time with the safety of all being paramount.


Will you guide us through our tour personally?

Yes, we will be with you, sharing our knowledge along the tour, however if you would prefer more of your own company we will be contactable via mobile / cell phone while you are dining, drinking or just having fun, should you need us.


IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

At the time of booking a 20% deposit is required,  however if tour is canceled by the client with less than 48 hours notice given to Wollongong and beyond scenic tours scheduled start time of the tour,  the 20% deposit is forfeited by the client.


DO I HAVE TO SHARE THE VEHICLE WITH ANY OTHER PARTY?

No. The booking is for you and your nominated guests exclusively!


HOW MUCH DEPOSIT is required AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?

We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking.
